Goals: Create a model for the transient voltage-gated sodium current (INaT) based on Dr. Park's data


Introduction:

A new INaT model is created based on Dr. Yul Young Park's experimental data.


Results:

Find parameters for the model

When finding the parameters, the GV curve is given more weight over time constants (gScale = 4).
